• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payments

• When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraud.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using our accepted payment methods.

4. Shipping

• We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external events.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We do not offer returns or refunds on our products.

• The only occasion we will offer this is if the item arrives damaged or is lost through the courier provided. This however will be investigated and reviewed to process an outcome.

• Personal damage to the product will not be refunded either.
